A private practice called Hidden Talent.

Before Revealed, there was Hidden Talent: a boutique recruiting practice that operated differently from the start. No job boards. No spray-and-pray outreach. A curated, confidential pool of professionals in Trust and Safety, Policy, Risk, and Compliance who were open to the right opportunity but not advertising the fact. The candidates trusted us with their privacy. The employers trusted us with their most sensitive roles. That combination worked in ways the standard model simply didn't.

What we kept seeing

The same insight, over and over.

Every placement reinforced the same finding: when candidates aren't performing for an algorithm and employers aren't drowning in volume, something changes. Conversations happen faster. Offers land better. Hires stay. The professionals we placed weren't the loudest in the market. They were the best at what they did. They just needed a context where that was enough.

The decision to open it up

Hidden Talent became Revealed.

The private practice model had a ceiling. It could serve a handful of employers and a few hundred candidates well. But the problem it solved was bigger than that. We rebuilt the model as a platform, kept the things that made it work, and opened it to everyone. Same logic. More scale. No shortcuts.
