Get found.
Without applying.

Revealed is a private hiring platform built around your career. Build a profile once, then let employers come to you: whether you're actively looking, casually open, or just want a standing presence in the market. No applications, no job boards, no spray-and-pray.

Once your profile is live, Profile Coach uses AI to analyze it and give you specific tips to get discovered more often by employers.

How it works

1
Build your profile
Add your experience, target role, location, and salary range. Then write a short personal pitch in your own words, and upload a current resume. The more complete your profile, the higher you surface in employer searches and the easier it is for the right people to find you.
2
Employers search the pool
Hiring teams and recruiters use Revealed to search for candidates by role, skills, location, seniority, and salary. They can browse anonymised profiles for free. Your name, contact info, and resume stay hidden until they actively choose to reveal you.
3
They pay to reveal you
When an employer wants to contact you, they spend a credit. It costs them, not you. That credit gate filters out low-intent outreach. By the time someone reaches your inbox, they've already decided you're worth it.
4
They contact you directly
Revealing you gives the employer your full name, email address, LinkedIn, resume, and personal pitch. No intermediary, no recruiter in the middle. Direct contact from someone who's already seen your profile and decided to reach out.

The more you share, the better it works

Personal pitch
The single biggest thing you can add. A pitch written in your own words (who you are, what you're proud of, what you want next) tells an employer something a resume never can. It's also what the AI uses to match you to searches.
Resume
Upload a current CV. Employers see it immediately after revealing you, and it's often the first thing they look at. A profile without one is harder to act on, even if everything else looks great.
Minimum Desired Salary
Being upfront about your number saves everyone time. Employers use it to filter before they reveal you, so you only hear from people whose budget is actually in range.
Availability
When can you start? Are you actively looking or just passively open? Employers filter by this, so keeping it current means you show up in the right searches at the right time.
Location & work preference
On-site, remote, or hybrid, and where. This filters out roles that won't work before an employer ever sees your name, so the ones who do reach out are already aligned.
Skills & experience
The more specific, the better. Employers run targeted searches, and the right combination of skills and seniority is often what surfaces you above everyone else in a results page.
Profiles are ranked by completeness in search results. The AI also uses your pitch and resume to surface you for relevant searches, not just keyword matches. A half-filled profile can still get found, but a complete one gets found first, fits more searches, and is far easier for an employer to act on when they do.
Not sure what salary to ask for?
The Revealed Salary Guide has real compensation data for Trust & Safety, Policy, Risk, Compliance, and adjacent roles, broken down by seniority, function, and region. Use it as a reference before you set your Minimum Desired Salary on your profile.

Built for every stage of the hunt

Actively looking
Set your availability to open and your profile surfaces in searches immediately. Use Revealed as a passive inbound layer alongside your active job search and let employers come to you while you're applying elsewhere.
Open to the right role
Not actively looking but wouldn't say no to the right thing? This is exactly who Revealed is for. Build a profile, set your status to open, and stay in the pool without putting in any ongoing effort.
Just want a presence
Happy where you are but want to stay on the radar? Build your profile now so it's there when you need it. Recruiters will always find you at the right moment if you're already in the pool.
Your identity stays hidden until you're revealed
Employers browsing search results see an anonymised profile (role, skills, seniority, location, and salary range) but not your name, contact details, LinkedIn, or resume. Those are only unlocked when an employer chooses to reveal you and spends a credit to do so.

You can also control whether your current employer can discover you. Go to Settings to opt out of being found by accounts linked to your current organisation. When opted out, your profile is hidden from any search run by that employer. You can change this at any time, and you can pause or remove your profile entirely from the same place.
Spread the word
